Changes to your order can be made if it has not yet gone into production. Please contact our customer service team (info@circleprint.com.au) immediately to request any modifications. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the damaged items and the packaging. Then, contact our customer support team at info@circleprint.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos you’ve taken.
Yes, we offer professional design services. Contact us to discuss your design needs. Our team will work with you to create a design that meets your requirements.
Currently, we do not offer in-person order pickups. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
When you receive a proof, please review it carefully and provide your approval. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your prints, so we will not proceed with production until we receive your approval. Your artwork will not be printed until we hear back from you.
